Welcome to Oxford, the citadel of learning. Are you coming to visit or for study or to work? It can definitely be a worthwhile venture and we at The Redeemed Christian Church of God, Christ’s Love Assembly, Oxford, hopes to make it a pleasant one for you.

We can offer mini city tours for new comers, give advice on shopping for different variety of things at reasonable prices including Africa or Asia or European foods or products, good places to visit, accommodation, etc in addition to friendship and support in kind where possible. With us it is home away from home.

Venue for most of our programs: Barton Neighbourhood Centre, Underhill Circus, Headington. By bus, take number 7C or 8 going to Barton from city centre or London road or Headington shops and drop at Under Hill circus.

You can also get a lift to the church venue every Sunday (please call or text 07817180782 or 07813708676 to let us know that you want a lift to the church).

Service time: 10.30am – 12.30pm on Sundays and 7.30pm – 9.oopm on Thursdays

Information for those who are new to UK

Endeavour to check the weather forecast, some days can start bright and end up wet. For ladies, a rain hat or small umbrella would be handy

If you are planning to take a bus, try and have your correct amount, so as not to delay other passengers or sometimes left behind

Most buses do not allow hot or smelly food, so try and finish your meal before boarding a bus or you may be forced to throw the hot food away
